I am 44 years old and just found out last year that my father who has been married to my mother since I was born is not my biological father. I found my biological father months later and formed a relationship with him. Both my mother and father who raised me knew who the father was before they were married. Seven months after I met my biological father he was killed in a car accident. He never married and never had any other children besides myself.
He is survived by his mother, brother and sister. I have already had a dna test done which confirmed he is my biological father. Who would be heir to the estate?
