What is the name of your state? ny.
My home is in my name and is co-owned by three of my sons. . All my monetary assets like IRAS HAVE BENEFICIARIES THAT I specified. Where does the money come from to pay my outstanding bills like lawyer fees , house selling costs, etc.?

Are you talking about after you die? Based on what you have written, that portion of the house that you own would likely be the asset used to pay any outstanding bills you might have when you die, inlcuding taxes, attorneys fees, whatever.
