I am a personal rep for my brother's estate.
We have this female that was my brother's ex-girlfriend. They broke up about 5 years and within in the last year they became friends only. She is requesting to have some property back. She said they were given to him as a gifts and/or items that my brother purchased. When they broken up before she took her other items out of his trailer. She never lived with him at the homestead and that was this past eleven years. Does she have any right to them? My brother did not have a will or there was nothing in writing down in his personal property. We believe that some of the things she is requesting is not true.
