Florida. My aunt left will naming my cousin as personal representative. My question is - two years ago she said to me that she was going to appoint me as co-pr. If she didn't do this do I have any rights to become co-pr. I think I know the answer, but in other words I guess if there was nothing written then I have no rights. Am I correct in this assumption? I don't want to bring up the subject to my cousin at this point.
