What is the name of your state? Estate is in New York

My grandfather passed away in 1991. My uncle and I were beneficiaries of the estate. My uncle, who is the personal representative, has distributed most of the assets but is still holding on to some securities through the estate that should be split between him and me. I have never seen an accounting and he refuses to close the estate or sign over the stocks. Is there anything that I can do?

Q: Is there anything that I can do?

A: Yes, file a motion for accounting fourteen years ago.
