I'm in New york State and I am executor for my sister's will. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to execute very shortly. The estate isn't that complicated so I may do the work myself. One question I have involves the petition for probate form. Where they ask for a list of all interested parties, must I list every one of my sister's nieces and nephews even if they are not mentioned in the will? Or do I simply list only those people who are mentioned in the will?
