In Florida, stepchildren are not automatically considered heirs. Only biological children (or adopted children, of course.)
Thanks,there are also 3 adult grandchildren from a daughter who passed away 7 years ago,NOT mentioned on the will,my question again is ,if I where to clarify that they are in Fla. will it complicate matters and/or do they have grounds to contest/challenge the Will?
