All my consents are in. The lawyer has sent the paperwork in to the court. All he told me was that hopefully I will get approval. What does that mean? I thought by having all the consents from the siblings I was already set to be administrator?
I hate to ask how long it usually takes the court to post as I am not bonded and have been watching the legal notice section of the local paper to see the petition. It been over a week. Anybody know the procedure from this point?
