probating a will in birmingham alabama

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? alabama
i ned to probate a will in the state of alabama city birmingham.how do i do this? i live in ny state. if i need a lawyer how do i find a decent one?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
