What is the name of your state? CA

My grandmother just passed. There is no will for the 6 siblings. Real Estate Property in Oklahoma, but deceased died in CA. How do they go about dealing with the property? Would the property be probate? Would the courts figure out who (the beneficiaries/siblings) gets what? Would they have to go to Oklahoma or contact the Superior Court here in CA.

Cheri - daughter of one sibling.

If the deceased was a resident of OK then open probate there. If a resident of CA open probate in CA, then open an ancillary probate in OK.
