I have a friend who had a gold digger girl friend. He put in for a big settlement from a job injury and put her acct on the paperwork for the deposit. They broke up and she is not returning it. Also, he bought her a car in cash and the title was an or title, so she took it in and and traded it in, leaving his name off the title. Can he sue to recover these?

Please ask him to sign up here and ask his questions. He'll have all necessary details.

But on the face of it, he lost his settlement and his car.
