I asked the attorney if he represents Just the beneficiary who wants to be administer of our cousins estate or all of the beneficiaries. He said that both he and the administer are bond by legal obligation to represent the interest of all beneficiaries. True? What is a Request for Special Notice? Don't trust my cousin" Hope he has to show inventory to the attorney.:confused:
