What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I have a revocable living trust, and my home and investment account have been titled to it. However, my auto has is titled in my name alone. Should I also retitle my auto to the revocable living trust? If I don't will I have to go thru the FL probate process and require legal expenses?

Uh... You aren't going to be going through probate and incur legal expenses.

My memory is that one motor vehicle is exempt from probate in Florida and can be handled simply with some DMV paperwork, but I can't recall all the details. Poke around their site:
