    Unhappy Savy P.R.and Adverse Possesion

What is the name of your state?Michigan Savy P.R. and Adverse Possesion
In my fathers will he stated that "the business and property" are to be sold in a "commercially wise manner" indicating no timetable, There is to be a 50/50 split with my bro. (he's the PR) after that sale. But, could he and a savy lawyer keep the business (land & farm) through Adverse Possesion? Title to most of the land is currently in the name of a corproration and dads name.

I think you fail to understand the definition of Adverse Possession.

The property, all of it, will be probated and the probate court will determine how best to sell if the two of you can't figure it out for yourselves.
Just because I'm a miserable human being doesn't mean I'm not right...
