What is the name of your state? GA

I commonly own a home with my aunt. She owns 75% and I own 25%. I am interested in liquidating that property or getting my stake out of that property and she is not. This is not her place of living. She lives in NY.

You can bring a suit for partition but that will be expensive and take a couple of years. I would say you are stuck unless your aunt will buy you out.

How is the home being used currently? Is it being rented out or is it unoccupied? What would it reasonably sell for if put on the market?
