I have legal custody/guardianship of my minor sister. Our mom died intestate. Stepfather is administrator of estate. His lawyer told me that I have to set up a trust for her thru the court for any money that she is due to receive from the estate. How do I do this?

You must be appointed guardian of estate (of your sister) by the court.
