My mom passed away August 2011. My sister is executrix and handling the sale of the house. She said she is going to speak with a surrogate lawyer. Is this a term for a kind of lawyer? Everything I see about surrogacy lawyers pertains to child bearing and the like. Why would she speak to one if we are all grown, and both my parents are passed on?
