What is the name of your state? Florida
Three brothers inherited a house. One brother passed away before all the legal issues were done and the house is now listed in his and his two brothers names. His wife still has not probated his will and it has been three years and we have not heard from her and cannot locate her anywhere. She has issues and has cut off contact with the family. How long do we have to wait for her to probate his will, or what do we do if we never hear from her and want to sell or put the house into one of the brothers names since he and his family are living there? They have paid all the taxes, paid off the house, etc. and fixed it up to be livable again. Thanks so much for any advice you can give.
