What is the name of your state? TX
I am the executor of my fathers estate. My dads wife died before him and according to her will he got everything-- There were 9 property lots she owned--- today I found out that 5 of the lots had been transferred to him while 4 are still in her name. According to my dads will these 9 lots are to be transferred to her son--How do I go about transferring the lots in her name seeing as the executor of her estate (My Dad) is dead?
Thanks

Consult with a local probate attorney for advice about how to proceed since they have experience in doing such transactions.
