What is the name of your state? GA

My mother died over a year ago and I have been named her beneficiary. Her will has already gone through probate and the executor has been established. However, my mother's property is still in her name. How do I get this changed?

If probate is still open, this is something the executor should be taking care of. If it is closed, then you will need to go through probate again just to take care of the property, and you should also be consulting with a real estate attorney about this.
