Transferring titles of the deceased

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

My father passed away in August. He had a pick-up truck and a motorcycle that the family would like to sell, but the titles are still in his name. How do we go about transferring the titles?

If the value of his entire probate estate is less than $100,000, you should be able to use a "small estate affidavit." This pdf document explains:

Contact the Department of Licensing to be sure that you have everything that you need.
