Question Trying to sell house minor involved

Texas..... trying to sell my fathers house ,I do understand I have to get the other heirs to sign off there are three others one is a minor(8 years old )The Title company says I need to go to where the will was done and ask them to draw up a Deed to interest provisions of the probate , for the minors mother to sign his interest over. Because the way the will was written it has her as his gaurdian. Is there any other way to get this done?

The probate was done im the executrex no problem for the will to be probated. I have the letter of testamenary. The Title company said the the problem is that the minors mother in the will is put as guardian. The title company is trying to find a way for the minors interest to signed over, without going through.. (what i posted first). The will was done on the military base were the only probate spouses wills. I dont think they will do the deed.

**A: this is a no brainer- the parents or legal guardian must sign for the minor.

I know the mother must sign. Its that I may have to try and get a Deed drawn from the place the will was made ,written up for the mother to sign for the interest of the child .The Question is can this be done with out drawing up another Deed?
