Unable to contact Heirs

What is the name of your state? TX
There are items of my fathers estate that he directed to be given to three step-children from his deceased wife. I can only locate one and have been unable to locate the other two. The one I located has no idea of the where abouts of the others. How do I proceed with executing the will?

What is the value of the items?

You should hire a private investigator to do a nationwide search for the other heirs or I can assist you with this since I have access to the same information.

The value is minimal, 1000 - 1500 dollars. Mostly old furniture that was owned by thier mother before my dad married her. I am going next week to obtain the letter of testiment.
