What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I am a beneficiary to my father's estate, my sister (who is personal rep) sent me a waiver of accounting, service of petition for discharge and receipt of beneficiary and consent to discharge (full waiver), can anyone tell me what this is and if I sign it am I giving up what I am entitled to?
