What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

My mother just passed away without a will. My father passed three years ago. My four sisters and myself all agree that the eldest sister should be administrator. The problem lies in that she dosen't want to keep the house where I do. I would like to move in and take over the mortgage and payments. By signing this waiver am I also giving away the home if she chooses?

A: I wouldn't waive anything till the administrator signs an agreement with you for you to buy the house (if you want the house).
