I am an executor in an estate, and my question is, there are 8 guns in the estate, and they were not specified in the will. He has 3 daughters whom 2 want the guns. The 2 that want them want them for their grandchildren, but both have felons in their families and one has been committed to a mental institution at one time. The one daughter don't want no one but herself to have the guns for her grandchildren. What can I do to prevent them from going to the hands and do it legally?
