    what to do about fraud on deceased/estate

    undefinedWhat is the name of your state?CA with or w/o a lawyer representative what can an administrator of estate do to a beneficiaries who is using the internet to do wrongful act to decease/estate ie., saying he's executor as if executive of a business, administrator is administrative secretary also gambling under deceased name and estates?

    You need to be a little more specific. Are you the executor of the estate? If so how does this person have access to the accounts? What proof do you have that this person is doing anything illegal? Have they cost the estate any money?
