What is the name of your state? FL

The house has been released, but 3 of the 5 siblings do not want to sell the house until next year. They want to spend the remainder of the money on the house, redoing the pool, cabinets, etc. 2 of us wnat the house sold now. Do we have any rights?

Your rights involve a partition lawsuit. You go through the process to have the court force a sale. It is expensive and time consuming. You will need an attorney. You might mention that you may need to take that route if they don't agree. That may motivate them to sell now or to buy your portion.
