What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
When you hire an attorney to handle the estate and probate process, are their best interest in the handling the estate? Or are they working for the one who hired them?..
I want to petition the administrator of estate. So she does not become the administrator. So do i contact the lawyers hired already? Or get my own?
