What is the name of your state? Minnesota

I do not have a lot, but I think after seeing how all this has worked with my mother and stepfathers passing I should set something up for my only child -- daughter.

I can see that being specific in a will is absolutely necessary! If something should happened to me and my share (of whatever is left) of my stepfathers and mothers estate has not yet been distrubted...will it go to my daughter if they will states so? I have a copy of a will and will have witnesses to that will.

Thanks for all of your time...I see how much you put into this site. I appreciate the fact that you do.
