The grandmother died 23 years ago, leaving a house to her 3 children a year after one of the daughters passed away. Her estate went to the 4 remaining grandchildren. One of the grandchildren saw a will from the grandmother in the possescion of the uncle within the last 10 years. It was never submitted for probate. Uncle wants to sell the house after renting it out for the last 22 years and told the 4 grandchildren they will share in 1/3 of the sale profits. I say he embezzelled their share of the rents for 22 years. How do you get a will probated that was never submitted? Any other advice?
