Behind on parole payments.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wv

A friend of mine was convicted 3 years ago of breaking and entering and grand larceny and has been on parole since then but just recently he got behind on payments because he cannot find anyone who would hire him. He was taken in until an unknown court date were the final sentencing will take place so my question is would that be considered a violation of his parole? Are there any agencies that help felons find jobs in WV and is this "violation of parole" enough to send him to jail to serve the two years he has left? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Of course it is. Maybe he won't have to worry about that new job for a while.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Usually parole violations are handled by the parole board which is an extension of the department of prisons. Probation violations are handled by judges in a courtroom. To be sure of this you will have to do some local research.Anyway, I'll tell you how it works around here. If he got locked up on a parole vioilation than he will have to wait to see the next available parole board. When ever that is,could be months. Anyway, his parole is violated if he's locked up. He will need to remedy the situation before his release. Sounds like he needs a job letter so he can go directly to work. Some counties have assistance for this while a job letter is the biggest obstacle to others. Absolutely, start by calling the work release office and ask for a list of recommendations.goodluck.
