Bow a weapon?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? oregon

I am an ex-felon released January 2005 and have been on post-prison inactive status since January 2006. As of January 2010 my post-prison ends. My felony is a Measure 11 person to person.

Can I hunt will a bow after January 2010 or is a bow a forbidden weapon? And how long before I can file for an expungement?
