Wow, thanks.
I was about to go to bed, and the answer was there, thank you so much!! I'll make it easy so you don't have to cut and past
1) I will check with him or my dad in the morning, but I know he was not convicted. I think it was a felony charge, adjudication withheld and probation ... so that's a deal breaker right? Pretty much any felony charge would keep you from getting a permit or buying a gun for that matter right?
2) If he fails to get a CWP and he takes my gun to the range, can I get in trouble or lose my CWP? I tell him now to keep the case in the box in the trunk and the clip in the glove box and ammo notably separate, but I don't know if does.
3) Lastly, I'm just curious if he tries to get a CWP and is denied ... will it make it WORSE for him or ME if he then breaks the rules taking my gun to the range? Can I lose mine as a result? I share my 9 with him, but I paid for it.
4) Also, I'm not sure what "true finding" means.
OK promise, I won't ask any more ... I'm just trying to be smart (I love him and all, but you don't know what this a$$ has put me through over the years) and I do not want to break any laws I don't know about. I really enjoy the range and don't want him to screw things up for me. Not to mention get my $800 Glock taken away or something.
Thanks again so much for your time, hope I'm not being crazy :-0
