What is the name of your state? Florida

If someone pleads guilty to, or is found guilty of, stealing the identity of
20 or more people, which Florida law states is a five year mandatory
minimum sentence, can the Judge order less than the mandatory
minimum?

There are some recent Supreme Court revisions of minimum sentencing requirements, these may affect sentencing.
