What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana can you change a b felony into a misdemeanor if the crime wa sexual misconduct

No. You like are barred several ways:

Class B felonies are not eligible for reduction.
Sex offenders are not eligible having their crimes reduced.
Crimes involving bodily injury are not eligible.
