civil rights restoration convicted felon

I am a Georgia resident and have a felony marijuana distribution on my record. Disposition in 1991.
I wish to have this expunged or at the very least have my civil rights restored. I have looked everywhere I can imagine for info on how to accomplish this. The only info I get is that it can be done. PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm in the state of California, I was convicted of a felony 10 years ago, I'm trying to find out how to aquire a pardon so that I might someday become bonded & get a better paying job. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
