What is the name of your state? Florida.....I am about to be sentenced...can i fire my attorney due to ineffectiveness of council?

If you plead guilty, ineffectiveness of counsel actions are not generally upheld.

If you were found guilty at a trial, give us some facts on why you think the lawyer screwed up.

If you were found guilty at a trial, did you file an appeal?
