CRC (California Rehabilitation Center) is in the process of closing down. What does this mean for someone who has been sentenced to CRC but has not gotten there yet? He is awaiting
transfer down to CRC right now.

My response:

It means that the Conservative voters of California have finally won against the "namby pamby" Liberals and their pipe dreams of wasting tax dollars on rehabilitation that doesn't work, and never worked.

Now, the prisoner is not going to be coddled and is going to do the "hard time" that was deserved in the first place. We're importing some really BIG boulders for these prisoners and a crapload of sledgehammers - - so they can turn them into little rocks.

Vacation time is over, and Alcatraz is finally going to be reopened!

Californians are "taking back the streets".
