i just wanted to know .y recored says deferred sentence completed.now my qusestion is ?
i have been unemployed for 12 month,had to even file bankrupcy.i am loking or a new job will my record show up on a background check or not?what is the differende between exspunged and deferred?

A deferred sentence is never put onto your record & is dropped after you complete the deferrment successfully. However, you will still have to answer correctly that you have been arrested on any job application.
