Diversion violation due to DUI, what am i looking at.

What is the name of your state? Washington
I was arrested on a possession of controlled substance charge in december which is a felony. I was offered diversion ans excepted it, by doing so i had to plead guilty and sign a confession. About 4 days ago i got pulled over and received a DUI. now im getting kicked off diversion and am wondering what kind of punishment the felony charge will likely carry. It's my first violation of any kind ever and my first DUI. What should i expect from the DUI also?

speak with a probation oficer and see if you can get back into diversion. Do this before court.

I don't know about the DUI, but it is apparent that you have no intention of co-operating with the probation/diversion. Thus, you have chosen to go to jail for the felony.
