Expungement of Criminal Record - Maryland

Location: Maryland
Possession with Intent to Distribute Cannabis.
Year of Conviction: 1993

Is it possible to have this conviction expunged? There have been no other criminal charges or convictions since then other than traffic related offences.

The only way to get a CONVICTION expunged is to get a pardon from the governor first.
