Does anyone know if first time federal felony convictions can be expunged after 10+ years?
My NC attorney tells me they can not be expunged under any circumstances. If he is right...there ought to be a law to allow judges to make these case by case decisions.
Is there a "Specialist" out there who someone can refer me to?
