I have a conviction of Theft of a firearm and possesion of stolen property that is almost 8 years old. I have not gotten into any trouble since then and have completed all requirements of the courts within a year after jail time and was released from probation after about one and a half years. Am I able to get it expundged? I am trying for a job and cannot be hired until it is expunged.
