| Can you expunge a petty theft record in the State of Illinois for a first time offender over the age of 21? If so, how long does the process take and how much is the normal cost? The theft was for something less than $40 and the thief is very remorsefull and has never been in trouble with the law before. She is currently seeking employment in banking where she has 17 years of working experience. Please advise! |
