What is the name of your state? CA

I was arrested and convicted of possession of cocaine in November 1998. I was sentanced 3 months in the county jail, and issued 5 years felony probation. It seems that this probation is not up till June or July 2004. When it is up, can and how do I file to expunge? Or does it automatically get resolved?

You would have to file a motion and supporting paperwork to expunge your record. It is typically not granted if you are just doing it right after your probation ends. Usually have to wait a few more years so the court can see that you have not been in trouble.
