Hello,

I was charged with 2 felonies over 20 years ago in Florida. Sadly, at the time I had little money to afford legal representation and was quickly push through a system that cared little for a kid like me.

Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer (no contest conviction)
Criminal mischief (withhold of adjudication)

While I'd be happy to share my sob story of having a run in with the wrong cops at the wrong time - I'll spare you the bloody details and simply ask what I came here to ask.

Am I 100% disqualified from having my record sealed or expunged? What are my options? Seems like clemency is a long shot...
