First Offense Probation Alternative?

hello im kenny im 20 years old i live in indiana...... about a month ago my friend jansee was on leave from the airforce and we decided to have a couple friends over and drink in celebration, jansee brought one of his friends over to drink with us in the garage, he was 16 this kid told me he was 18 and looked 18, my cousin is a witness to this and did not have anything to drink that night. the underage kid was serverly intoxicated in a very short period of time and another friend took him home, his mother called the police and they arrived at my house (well my uncles house where im staying) they breathilized all of us and asked where we got the beer i told them i bought it and they didnt i.d. me(although jansee bought it) i didnt want jansee to get in more trouble with the airforce and all...to make a long story short everyone who drank that night got arrested and charged. But when Jansee went to court they dropped the charges because he was in the airforce

So here I get charged with minor inconsuption, furnishing alcohol to a minor and contributing alcohol to a minor, almost everything Jansee did. The only thing Im guilty of is minor inconsumption which i didnt blow past the legal limit**************Does it matter i was told by him he was 18? I dont care what i get charged with but i want to move out of state and cant do that if i get probation. What should i do? Can I do a couple weeks in jail and get no probation? This is my first offense. Should i fight the charges i didnt commitor didnt know i was commiting? Should I plead guilty and get a plea bargain? I dont have money for a lawyer Ive got a plublic defender but i wanted a second opinion WHAT CAN I DO SO I DONT GET PROBATION?!?! I want to move to cali

These are questions you should ask your attorney when you get one. If you don't want probation you can always do jail time. When do you plan to move to California? Perhaps you can get probation and be done with it by the time you want to move.

It is our unanimous opinion that you are damn right and it should be obvious to any moron that your (ex) (SO’s ex) (boss) (landlord) (local police) should be immediately (jailed) (fired) (reprimanded) (arrested) (demoted) (shot) (evicted).
In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

You Rock,
Love,
Us
