I am in Kansas and I have a question about fleeing and alluding laws in my state. Is fleeing and alluding always a felony or in some cases can it be charged as a misdemeanor? First there was a charge with this fleeing and alluding that was aiding a felon and that charge has been dropped so since the other felony charge has been dropped is it possible that the fleeing and alluding charge will be dropped down to a misdemeanor or will it remain a felony in all cases?
