Is there anyone that knows how the Interstate Compact procedures work???
My husband is currently in DOC and will be released in May of this year, he has 2 years state probation following his release out of Pinellas county. The problem is... I have relocated to North Carolina because our home was destroyed in one of the Hurricanes. We are trying to find out how he can transfer his probation to N.C.??? I have tried to get answers and everyone I talk to has a different one. Is this a long process???? And what is the process???? Please Help. Thank you.
